Creamy Chicken Taco Pasta

Today I'm going to share with you a recipe that will change your life!
Seriously.
This recipe for Creamy Chicken Taco Pasta is mind-blowing delicious.
And very easy to make!

What you'll need:
1 cup of pasta (I used penne)
3 chicken tenderloins
1 tbsp oil
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup frozen corn
4 oz cream cheese
1 packet (or 2 tbsp) of taco seasoning
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Boil the pasta according to package directions.

Cook the chicken in the oil in a large pan (you'll use the pan to cook everything in later).

Remove chicken to the side and shred. Want to shred your chicken in 30 seconds or less? Toss it it a mixing bowl and use your hand mixer to quickly shred the chicken. It's a lifesaver!

Add black beans, corn, and cream cheese to skillet. Stir until cream cheese is melted.

Add in taco seasoning and chicken. Stir well.

Add cooked pasta and shredded cheese. Stir well and serve.

  Doesn't this look delicious?!?
Both the husband and I went back for seconds. There wasn't a single bite left!

 Mmmmmmm!

It's sure to be a hit with your family! If you try it, let me know what you think!
