Guest Post: The Taylor House- Meltaway Cookies

Hi, Not So Homemade readers! I am so excited to be a guest poster today for, Courtney while she is on vacation! My name is Chrissy and my blog is The Taylor House. I love to share recipes, crafts, crochet, decorating and organizing. I have two little boys that keep me very busy as well as my hubby of 15 years. :)
Today I am excited to share this recipe with you for some yummy Meltaway cookies, I had originally found this recipe on Pinterest and decided to give it a shot. They are amazing and true to their name, they just melt in your mouth. Also, they have very few ingredients that I am almost positive you will have on hand! Use pink for the icing and they are just perfect for Valentine's Day!

In a medium bowl, cream butter until fluffy. Add cornstarch & sugar and blend well. Beat in flour until thoroughly mixed.

Drop by small teaspoons onto baking sheet

Flatten out with the bottom of a class. (Dip glass in powdered sugar to prevent sticking).

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire rack & frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
