Rotel Cheese Dip & 4/20 What's Cooking Wednesday

I love this cheese dip.

Seriously, it's like one of the best cheese dips.

Well, except maybe the queso at the local Mexican restaurant.

But it's the best one you can make at home :)

And it's really easy to make!

Most of you guys probably know how to make it but I thought I'd share it anyways for those who might not know!

First, cube a 2 lb block of Velveeta cheese into a microwave safe bowl.

Then add a can of Rotel tomatoes. You can use original, mild (if you're not a fan of any spiciness), or hot (if you like an extra kick).

Then microwave for a few minutes at a time, stirring often. You can add some milk to thin the dip some.

Yea, so it smelled so good that we didn't waste any time digging in. So I don't have a finished picture, but trust me... it's SUPER GOOD!

You could also heat it slowly in a crockpot. It just takes longer. And we all know me... I have no patience!

Alright, now for a few favorites from last time!

Check out these Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars over at Craft Couture.... um, can we say YUM!

Look at these DELICIOUS looking Mini Meat Pies over at Scattered Thoughts! The possibilities of fillings is endless!

This Taco Pizza over at Mostly Food and Crafts looks ABSOLUTELY MOUTH WATERING! And so easy to make!

Now.... It's time to see what you've been cooking up!

I love this cheese dip too...so easy! It's also good if you add some hamburger or even ground up sausage!
