Seriously, it's like one of the best cheese dips.
Well, except maybe the queso at the local Mexican restaurant.
But it's the best one you can make at home :)
And it's really easy to make!
Most of you guys probably know how to make it but I thought I'd share it anyways for those who might not know!
First, cube a 2 lb block of Velveeta cheese into a microwave safe bowl.
Then add a can of Rotel tomatoes. You can use original, mild (if you're not a fan of any spiciness), or hot (if you like an extra kick).
Then microwave for a few minutes at a time, stirring often. You can add some milk to thin the dip some.
Yea, so it smelled so good that we didn't waste any time digging in. So I don't have a finished picture, but trust me... it's SUPER GOOD!
You could also heat it slowly in a crockpot. It just takes longer. And we all know me... I have no patience!
