This is a really easy sandwich that's very filling and DELICIOUS!
Sorry, forgot to take pictures of the process but here's how to make it:
Get a small skillet that will just barely fit your sandwich. Heat the skillet to about medium heat.
Mix together 1-2 eggs with about a tablespoon of milk, salt, and pepper. Pour that into the skillet. Cook the eggs like you would an omelette. I usually stir it a little while it's still liquidy, then don't touch it until it's mostly cooked on the bottom. Then carefully flip to cook the other side. Once it's finished, remove to a side plate.
In the pan, cook some sandwich ham. I tore mine into a few pieces then lightly browned it. Then removed that to the side.
Now get 2 slices of bread. Butter one side of each. Then layer your sandwich like this... 1 slice of bread, butter side down into the pan. Egg patty. 1 slice of cheese. Ham. Other slice of bread, butter side up. Cook it like you would a grilled cheese, golden to your likeness :)
