So this recipe is one that was linked up a few weeks ago on a What's Cooking Wednesday and I fell in LOVE! I couldn't wait to try it!
Jillian, over at Food, Folks, and Fun, shared a YUMMY looking recipe for No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars. And the next time I went to the store, I got the ingredients to make it!
And let me tell you... it was DELICIOUS and SO EASY to make! It's really rich so just a little bit leaves you satisfied. But not for long because in a few hours you'll be back for more!
You can find the full recipe HERE!
I'm going to share a few of my pictures of my process. I apologize ahead of time for the blurry photos.
Here's the butter and peanut butter:
Adding the powdered sugar:
Adding graham cracker crumbs:
The peanut butter mixture pressed into the pan:
Chocolate chips and peanut butter in the pan to melt:
Mmmm... nice and melted:
Spread over the peanut butter mixture in the pan:
Mmmm... a nice piece for me to enjoy! I won't lie. I got really impatient so I tossed it in the freezer to cool it down faster. It was still delicious!
Alright, now for a few favorites from 2 weeks ago. I know, I know. I slacked off last week. But I do have a good excuse! I had to work Wednesday. And Thursday. And Friday. And Saturday. And Sunday. But anyways... here's a few great ones from last time :)
Check out this recipe for Artichoke Rigatoni over at The Pursuit of Happiness. It looks really good! I'm a big fan of artichoke dip and it kinda reminds me of it... just more awesome!
Over at Making Memories, you can find a sweet dessert. Her recipe for Two Tone Cheesecake Bars looks absolutely amazing! I love the idea of using oreos for the crust!
This Loaded Baked Potato Dip recipe from SteakNPotatoesKindaGirl looks SO YUMMY! It's really simple to make and would make a great party dip!
