Craft Box

I'm so excited to share my latest craft project with you guys! A few weekends ago I went garage saleing with my mom and my friend. They were finding all these things they liked but nothing had caught my eye until I found this:

Doesn't look like much- I know. It was some guy's tool box thing. I wonder what some macho tool guy would think if he knew I turned it into a girly craft box? But hey, it was only 75 cents. So for the past 2 days I worked on it between classes and other stuff. And here's the final result:

I'm not super creative when it comes to arts and crafts but I love this! It's simple and just perfect for toting around my crafts and knick-knacks. It only cost me 75 cents for the box and about 4.50 for some Mod Podge (which I have TONS left over so I can use later so really it only cost about 25 cents worth of the Mod Podge). So $1.00 for what would cost a lot more in a store. See, you really can make something out of nothing!

Who'd have thought you could take a macho tool box and make it into a girly craft box! : ) Love it and it's so pretty now. I have a craft closet, but it needs to be reorganized and I need something like this to hold all my Mod Podge, craft glue, and all those bottle type things. Right now I have them just sitting on the shelf like soldiers.
